Since Rush Hour put out a collection of his unreleased early 1990s recordings, Moonlight Fantasy, back in 2014. Vincent Floyd has been a man in demand. Here he pops up on highly regarded Spanish deep house imprint Pulp, in the process serving up more impeccably produced gems. On the A-side you'll find two versions of "Circles": a Dub that wraps delay-laden vocal samples over a smooth New Jersey bassline and loose drum machine percussion and a similarly groovy Instrumental, which makes more of Floyd's wonderfully dreamy pads. Flip for the stargazing positivity of "Skewed Reality", where spacey melodies ride another brilliant bassline, and the poignant "Morning Storm", which sees Floyd employ some notably skippy beats and chiming melody lines.
